Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is SC “Gorgona” SRL, Moldova, Chisinau, str. Tighina 49/3, office 21.

2. Data collected

The contact form may collect First Name, Last Name, Telephone, Email and Message.

The newsletter form is currently only a template and does not submit or store email addresses. Activating newsletter delivery will be a separate change with provider and unsubscribe information.

3. Purposes

Contact-form data is used to answer enquiries, communicate with users, discuss services and projects, prepare a response or proposal, and protect and operate the website.

4. Legal basis and consent

Data is processed based on the user’s enquiry, consent where required, steps requested by the user, and other bases permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn.

Before submitting the contact form, the user must actively tick the checkbox confirming that the Privacy Policy has been read. The checkbox must not be pre-selected.

5. Google Maps

Google Maps is used on the Contact page and loads immediately. When the map loads, Google may receive technical data, including IP address, browser, device and request information. Google’s processing is governed by Google’s own documents.

6. Future analytics and marketing services

No analytics codes are currently used. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Facebook/Meta may be introduced in the future. Google Analytics is classified as Analytics; Facebook/Meta is classified as Marketing. These scripts must only run after the relevant consent is granted.

Advertising is not currently used.

7. Recipients

Contact requests are sent to office@gorgona.md. Data may be accessed by authorised staff and technical providers where necessary for website operation, request processing, hosting or security.

8. Retention

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose, responding to the request, fulfilling obligations and protecting the company’s legitimate interests, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

9. User rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to office@gorgona.md.

10. Security and updates

SC “Gorgona” SRL applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. This policy may be updated when the website, services or applicable law changes. Questions should be sent to office@gorgona.md.
